Delete your Velore account & data

Use this page to request deletion of your Velore account and all data associated with it.

Fastest: delete in the app

If you can sign in, open the app and go to Settings & Privacy → Account & Data → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your card, and all saved contacts — nothing is retained.

If you can’t access the app, enter the email address associated with your Velore account and we’ll delete your account and data for you.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your digital card (name, headline, company, bio, email, phone, social links)
All contacts you saved, including notes and tags
Analytics events tied to your card

Timing & retention

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests submitted through this form are processed within 30 days. We retain no personal data after deletion is completed, except where a limited record is required by law.
